Interpretation: First-class culture: The enterprise culture is the first competitiveness of enterprises in the future, it will be the motive power that enterprise develops, and it is the endless source that we depend on when we growing up. If an enterprise want develop, be prosperous forever, there should be a strong enterprise culture at first, culture is the sources of enterprises' all management.

First-class group: Dandy competes for the first-class of the same industry, there must be an outstanding talent's group, and otherwise all will be empty talk. Outstanding talent's group can only rely on the outstanding enterprise culture to be pregnant with, even the enterprise has many outstanding talents, but if there is no merger of the outstanding enterprise culture, this enterprise will sure be idea in disorder, taking action in disorder, what will make the talents being calamity.
