"Being sincerely, no disguise, that's the classics of polite", what's said in an old Chinese famous book- "Book of Rites". Frank, honest, keep promise, no cheat, no disguise, can be the right answer of "Sincere". Sincere is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation, it is the foundation of treating everything in society, is the base of the society, it is the most basic virtue of an enterprise, a people to exist on society. At today, the social society develops very fast, the sincere has become the basic prerequisite can be survived or developed.

Reason: When we are emphasizing the passion to the career, the passion high posture to the life, we must also emphasize reason, namely: the heart should be hot, but the head will be cold. Reason means it must be practical at work, can not be empty, exaggerating; It must be sane in management, must guard against impetuously and advance rashly; it must be rigorous in management, must guard against disorder and relaxed.
