    In November 1992, basing on his strong dedication, innate wise and remarkable courage, with the fund of 3000 Yuan and a helper, 21-year-old Gao Dekang opened a shop named " Kangda Cooking stoves". With limitless sincere to customers and outstanding management, this 12-square meters shop grew rapidly. Half a year later, he started wholesale business. On 1st April 1994, Gao Dekang ran his own factory, which named "Xiaoshan Kangda Cooking stoves factory', set out to manufacture products from early retailing and selling in batches. On 5th September 1995, the enterprise renamed as "Xiaoshan Dandy Burner Manufacturing Co., Ltd.", and applied for the registration of "Dandy" as trademark in National Industrial and Commercial General Bureau. The note of "Dandy" is "noble morals, strong will". From then on, the enterprise has its 'change in quality'.

    In 1998, Dandy began its second leap. After a large number of markets surveys and scientific analysis, Gao Dekang made a far-reaching decision resolutely: take the road to manage high-quality brand products. With the employment of a large number of highly specialized staff, enterprise realized essential improvement in a short time. Constant scientific and technical innovations which almost originated from Dandy, has made Dandy a leader in kitchen utensils trade field since 1998. The products cover four major series, gas cooking stoves, oil-exhauster, sterilizer cabinets, and water heaters. It researches and develops products and obtains 29 national patents by itself, ranks as one of the three strongest in this trade.

    In 2003, on the premise of guaranteeing that there is fast sane development in the industry of the kitchen utensils, Gao Dekang combined and utilized advantages, such as existing brand, management and resource,etc., strategically entered new filed of automobile distributing sale, house property developing, educating and culture propagating etc. Dandy steps in the pluralism and grouping development path.

    In Nov 2004, after being approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the non-region group-"Dandy Holding Group Co. Ltd" was finally founded. At present, the total assets of the group are 1000 million Yuan, and personnel of the group are over 3000. Under the group, there are three major divisions, "classic kitchen", "quality real estate" and "industry investment". And it is an enterprise group with annual sales of over 1000 million Yuan.
